• Delivered Zinnia Live, an enterprise case-management portal with end-to-end request tracking, full lifecycle visibility and rules-based workflow automation, used daily by 700+ users.
• Set the roadmap and vision that launched a Process-as-a-Service capability. It is now the foundation for multiple business lines, including Zinnia Launch (faster product rollouts) and Zinnia Market Connect (agent connectivity).

• Designed Outreach360 for large financial institutions to run MiFID client outreach. Built and led a 20-engineer team that shipped Outreach360, KYC and MTU on record timelines.
• Architected the core processing engine for Markit Corporate Actions, processing 100K corporate actions per hour with dynamic scaling.
• Led the KYC workflow re-platform from Pega to an open-source stack (Camunda, Spring Boot, Elasticsearch, AWS, Angular), cutting licence costs by $750K a year.
• Delivered a unified master-data API across internal and external sources on AWS (API Gateway, SQS, S3, AppSync), and defined an API-first architecture strategy built on OpenAPI.
• Rewrote newly acquired mainframe corporate-action systems in Java and migrated multiple TB of data to Oracle. The business grew into a multimillion-dollar line serving 100+ major financial clients.
